When you'd rather not build it alone.

By default you build your own project; that's what the editor and the docs are for. When you want a hand, this is what's on offer, quoted per assignment rather than sold as a plan.

The NEXT HMI page editor with a filling-line project open: page tree, live canvas and property panel.
What's on offer

What you can bring us.

The OPC-UA datasource settings in the editor: endpoint, security and connection state.

Implementation help

Commissioning, migrations and upgrades across platform versions, and PLC integration work. These are the parts of a rollout where it helps to have built the platform.

The widget catalog with project widgets such as AlarmStrip, Conveyor and TankLevel next to the built-ins.

Custom UI components

A widget or component your project needs that isn't built in yet, written against the same SDK your own team can extend afterwards.

A finished operator dashboard for a filling line, with KPI tiles, the line flow and alarm toasts.

Prototypes

A working screen set to put in front of a customer or a decision-maker before committing engineering time to the real project.

The alarm editor: alarm tree, live previews and the alarm's trigger, description and resolutions.

Configuration review

A second pair of eyes on the datasources, alarms and property sources holding a project together, before it goes to the floor.

Something else in mind? Describe it via the contact form and you'll get a straight answer, including "you don't need us for that" when that's the true one.

How it's priced

Rate on request, quoted per assignment.

Not published, because it depends on the work. There are no tiers to choose between. Every assignment is scoped and quoted on its own.

  1. You describe it

Through the contact form: what needs building or fixing, and by when.

  2. It's scoped and quoted

A quote for that one assignment, or a straight "you don't need us for that".

  3. It's planned together

Timing is agreed per assignment, not drawn from a subscription.

What this is not

  • A support package
  • A response-time commitment
  • An SLA
  • A subscription

A guaranteed response on every working day of the year is the one thing a small team can't honestly promise, so it isn't sold rather than sold badly. Need a bug fixed on your own timeline whether or not we're available? That answer lives on Support.
